1. Acceptance of Terms

By applying for and participating in the MenanAk47 Creator Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not participate in the program or use our promotional creator codes.

2. Program Eligibility

To be eligible for the MenanAk47 Partner Program, applicants must:

  • Be an active member of the MenanAk47 Discord community.
  • Produce content related to our server on platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, or TikTok OR act as a legitimate server developer/reseller with an established client base.
  • Maintain a positive standing within the community (no active bans or severe warnings).
  • Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). Users under 18 must have parental permission to set up a Tebex Wallet.

3. Payouts and Tebex

All financial transactions, revenue splitting, and payouts are handled exclusively by Tebex Limited. MenanAk47 does not hold, process, or directly distribute your funds.

  • You must create and maintain a valid Tebex Wallet to receive your commissions.
  • We are not responsible for delayed payouts, missing funds due to incorrect Wallet IDs, or Tebex account bans.
  • You are solely responsible for any taxes associated with your earnings.

4. Code of Conduct

As an official Creator, you represent the MenanAk47 brand. We reserve the right to revoke your creator code immediately and without warning if you engage in:

  • Spamming your code in our Discord, other servers' Discords, or direct messages.
  • Creating content that violates Twitch/YouTube/TikTok Terms of Service (e.g., hate speech, harassment).
  • Using view-botting, sub-botting, or purchasing fake engagement to artificially inflate your statistics.

5. Program Modifications

We reserve the right to modify the revenue split percentage, alter the program benefits, or terminate the Creator Program entirely at any time. In the event of termination, any unpaid funds already processed by Tebex will still be paid out to you according to Tebex's standard schedule.
